The vast majority of Americans who would like to improve their diet and take control of their health are not really sure how to begin, where to turn for accurate information, or how to change the culture of their household. It&#039;s intimidating.

Your writing has helped many of us realize that day in and and day out, it can be simple. It can be healthy. We just have to make a commitment to ourselves. That&#039;s the part that&#039;s not easy. Healthful cooking can be.
