Blueberry Key Lime Tart

A buttery pastry shell, filled with a smooth lime custard and heaped with the fattest blueberries I’d ever seen. Almost unnecessarily, it was gilded with a simple fruit glaze. Like something out of a magazine, except I was eating it.
